Most vehicles on the road today are equipped with an Event Data Recorder (EDR) which can capture and store information associated with a collision event. Our engineers have training and possess extensive experience in retrieving, interpreting and analyzing “black box” data from passenger vehicles, buses and commercial trucks. In addition to crash specific information, retrieved data can provide valuable information pertaining to events immediately before and after a collision. Other sources of Event Data Recorders which can supplement a collision reconstruction include onboard video footage and GPS systems.
